Guide: Gluten and Dairy Free Postal Treats

If it isn’t clear by now, I have the world’s biggest sweet tooth. I know that it a huge statement to make – but have you seen my Instagram? It is full of all the treats. Don’t worry for you savoury tooth guys, I’ve got you covered on here too. Since starting my blog, I have found so many incredible gluten and dairy-free postal treat businesses. I’ve made it my mission to try as many as I can (where money allows, anyway). Not only have I included ‘treats’, but there’s also some more ‘snacky’ bits dotted throughout the guide too. I’ve also added a section at the end for subscription snack boxes if this is more your thing. I didn’t include chocolate in this guide as I do already have a comprehensive one for that here.

As I am both gluten and dairy-free, I have only included businesses in this guide which cater for both dietary requirements (plus some GF/vegan). Trust me, there are so many GF small businesses out there now that it is great to see. I love watching new ones pop up and flourish. Feel free to drop me a line if you want any more recommendations for GF-only businesses too. Also please reach out if you are a gluten and dairy-free business/know of one that should definitely be on here. The more the merrier! And the more for me to sink my teeth in to – not that I need more excuses.
