Chocolate Protein Pudding

Chocolate Protein Pudding

This 3-ingredient base recipe is one of my simplest yet! I cannot explain how easy it is. It makes the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. I often have this as a great pre-workout snack. The flavours are so versatile and you can really make this with your own twist. Simply dress it up with toppings of your choice and dig in.

  • Hob
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula/mixing spoon
  • Fridge
  • Bowl

For the chocolate protein base

  • 1 Tsp Agar agar
  • 250 ml Dairy-free milk I use coconut or almond
  • 30 Grams Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp Raspberry puree/sauce Optional

For the toppings

  • Chocolate sauce
  • 1 Chocolate raspberry nakd bar
  • 1 Handful Frozen raspberries

  • Fill a bowl with cold water and put aside (this is important as it will stop the protein pudding from sticking)
  • On a medium-high heat, gently heat the milk in a saucepan (stirring intermittantly so it doesn't burn)
  • Once the milk is warmed, add the agar agar and stir in
  • Remove the saucepan from the hob and mix in the protein powder and optional raspberry puree/sauce until fully combined in a liquid mixture
  • Discard the water from the bowl and immediately pour the protein pudding mixture into the bowl
  • Pop into the fridge for at least 2 hours (I leave mine overnight for best results) to set completely
  • In the morning, flip the pudding out of the bowl onto a plate and decorate (you may need to use a spatula to gently release the pudding from the sides of the bowl)
  • Enjoy!

  • Calories are without toppings
